Mountain's Edge has been created and developed by Focus Property Group, a Las Vegas company with extensive roots here in Southern Nevada.

The people of Focus combine a thorough technical understanding of local real estate dynamics with an enlightened vision of how a master plan should enhance the life of every person who lives here.  In this, Focus Property Groups master planning strategies address more than the physical attributes and amenities of its communities, they provide short and long-term solutions for the social and environmental issues that challenge residents throughout the entire Las Vegas community.

At the heart of the Focus mission has been a clear directive: how can we build something brand new that still provides our residents with a sense of depth and character, with a genuine sense of community?  The answer to that question is all around you.  The parks, the trails, the walls, the signs, and the homes contribute to a very genuine sense of place.  The community setting itself, this spectacular desert canyon, has been preserved even while introducing a new human habitat to the region.  In fact, Focus' concern for our environmental resources is illustrated in the substantial time, care and money devoted to restoring native landscape to areas where human presence has eroded the natural environment.  Exploration Peak, the mountain park at the main entrance to Mountains Edge, was re-vegetated with nearly 10,000 native yucca and creosote plants.
